The Future Leaders Professional Development Scholarship will provide a range of opportunities to three recipients which focus on in-person events, mentorship from established leaders in the association community, and research resources from the ASAE Research Foundation.

Financial Award:

Each recipient will receive a moneitary award of $3,000.00 for travel expenses, lodging, and other expenses affiliated with participating in the in-person events of the recipients choice. The financial award is paid directly to the organization afiliated to the recipients identified as their employer (further details will be provided at the time recipient is notified of their award).

In-person Events:

Receptients of the Future Leaders Profesional Development Scholarship will receive complimentary registration to select ASAE in-person events such as ASAE Annual Meeting, Conscious Inclusion summit, MMCC, and or ASAE Research Foundation research focused events.

Mentorship:

Scholarship recipients will have access to established CEO's and proven leaders within the association community through the ASAE and  ASAE Research Foundation's network of volunteers. This will include individuals sessions and group meetings with the designated ASAE and ASE Research Foundation volunteers during in-person events and through online platforms.

ASAE Research Foundation research resources:

Recipients will receive a complimentary digital copy of 7 Measures of Success: What Remarkable Associations  Do That Others Don't and access to the ASAE Research Foundation's ForesightWorks Drivers if Change in the 2024 program cycle.
