ASAE-USAE Travel Scholarship recipients are awarded funding to travel and attend ASAE in-person educational events. For the 2025 grant cycle, five (5) scholarships in the amount of up to $3,000 will be awarded. The scholarship award will be issued in the form of a reimbursiment to the recipients. 

Scholarship will be including the following:

• Travel scholarship in the amount of up to $3,000 in scholarship funding’s towards the 2025 ASAE Annual Meeting.
• Funds (made payable as an reimbursement to the employer) are intended to be used towards the awardee’s transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, and incidentals. 
• Complimentary Registration to attend: 
  • 2025 ASAE Annual Meeting & Expo, Los Angeles, California from August 9-12, 2025 
• Select ASAE in-person and virtual educational programs  
• Unparalleled access to industry networking opportunities and career pathway advancement. 
• Scholarship recipients will be invited to attend select ASAE Research Foundation events during the ASAE Annual Meeting and Exposition.
